I know the disorder itself can cause people to feel VERY tired, however I have heard some speculation amongst medical personnel that lack of sleep and chronically interrupted sleep cycles may also be a causative factor. As I am sure you have read, low levels of serotonin and tryptophan are common amongst people who suffer from this.
